ABSTRACT
The objective of this research
is to find out the relationship between the principal’s supervision,
motivation and the job satisfaction.
This study was conducted at
the SMK Negeri in Samarinda city, with n-60 respondents, selected
randomly.
This result of the research are as follows : (1) there is a positive
correlation between the principla’s supervision with the job satisfaction,
(2) there is a positive correlation between motivation with
the job satisfactions, (3) there is a positive correlation between those
two independent variabels (the principal’s supervision and motivation)
with the job satisfaction.
