ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research
was to know the relation between job stress and work
motivation with teacher
performance. Subject in this
research are all teachers in SMK Negeri Samarinda
who have PNS status there are
346 teachers from SMK Negeri
1 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 3
Samarinda, SMK Negeri 4,
SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda,
SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda, SMK
Negeri 8 Samarinda,
SMK Negeri9, SMK Negeri
10 Samarinda. As sampel 30% from amount of population
346 there are 100 respondents,
technique intake of sampel
use propotional random sampling. Result of research is:
there have not relation of
job stress with teacher
performance. rx1y= 0,036 with p = 0,361 (p>0,05); there
are positive relation of work
motivation with teacher
performance. rx2y= 0,319 with p=0,001 (p<0,001);
there are positive relation of job
stress and work motivation
together with teacher performance. With F value = 5,703
with p=0,000 ( p<0,01).
