HUBUNGAN  ANTARA MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI

DAN SIKAP GURU TERHADAP MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN  DENGAN KINERJA GURU

ABSTRACT

 Intention of this research is to 1) knowing relation achievement motivation with teacher performance

2) knowing relation attitude learn to management of make-up of quality of education with teacher performance

3) knowing relation by together achievement motivation    and attitude learn to management of make-up of

quality of education with teacher performance. Subjek in this research are taechers of SMK Negeri of Samarinda

have status  PNS a number of 346, namely from school of SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda,

SMK Negeri 3 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 4, SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda, SMK Negeri Samarinda,

 SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda, SMK Negeri 9, SMK Negeri 10 Samarinda. As sampel 25% from amount of population

346 that is 84 respondens, technique intake of sampel using sampling random quota. Research Istrumen require

to test by and validity of reliabilitas to know instrument items mainstay and authenticity which used in research.

Validity test and of reliabilitas internally consistency. Method which is used in this research method of survey.

Data relation analysis between this variable will use analysis of regresi ( anareg). Before  by statistical analysis in front   test prerequisite in the form of test of normalitas swampy forest and test of lineritas. Result of research are:

1) there are positive relation Achievement Motivation] with teacher performance. Correlation Coefficient ( rx1y)

equal to 0,377 with p = 0,000 ( p<0,01) 2) there are positive relation between attitude learn to management of is

make-up of quality of education with teacher performance. Correlation Coefficient ( rx2y) equal to 0,505, 3) there

are positive relation by together between] achievement motivation  and attitude learn to management of is

make-up of quality of education with teacher performance. Can be said that to more and more highly of

motivation of perprestasi learn and more and more both for going into effect in school, hence will follow

progressively  mount teacher performance. Hypothesis test computingly obtained by correlation coefficient

price equal to R = 0,506.
