ABSTRACT
This Research aims : 1) to
know relation perception of headmaster leadership with
teacher motivation
2) to know relation perception
of headmaster leadership with teacher satisfaction.
Sample in this research,
that is 84 from faction
teacher of III/a until IV/a people a with technique
intake of sampling random proportional
sampel or is random. To prove
the hypothesis of research data analysed with Analysis
of Regresi (ANAREG).
As for result of research
shall be as follows 1) there is positive relation
between perception of headmaster
leadership with teacher
motivation, obtainer by r = 0,742 while F = 100,189 and
p = 0,000 2) there is relation
which are positive between
perception of headmaster leadership with teacher
satisfaction , obtained by
r = 0,524 and F = 31,024 and p
= 0,000
